Mike, I don't remember where I read this but were you a triathlete for several years?

Thanks. It's just another reason for liking this Mike. He's done things I've never done. I don't know how I missed that bit of information.

Thanks Carson and Fred J. Bringing that up make me laugh, and almost sprayed some coffee.

I've done 3 half Iron Man distances (Springfield, IL called Iron Horse). One of those was 97 degrees.
Considering the "Hilly Hundred" in Indiana, two day ride. My brother did that last week.
We'll see how I manage recovery and workouts. It's not like when I was 40, that much I know. LOL.

    Squat 95x2 125x3,3,3

So far nothing weird on any of the movements. The squat felt better than I remember.
Time to start adding weight. =)

Yesterday I also took a 30 minute walk and an hour of low intensity airdyne.
I realize that this will slow my progress, but I need cardio work too and I'm in such a low spot on the gain curve where I can afford this.
In a year, I'd like to do the Hilly Hundred (eastern Indiana) while doing sets of squats, rack pulls and halted dl's at 315 at a bw of 205.

Garage is getting cooler, which I like oddly.... (so far at least, lol)

Yes the cooler temps feel nice now but I'm not looking forward to when it's in the teens.

Son in Law had gall bladder removed. Spend a lot of time with the granddaughter (18 months old).
Things are settling down. Thank God!

Very easy for these interruptions to get out of control.

I wonder about my shoulders. The don't hurt all day, and even though they are not as strong as they used to be and don't hurt when lifting, they hurt when I am in bed.
