Squat 0x5,5,5,5 first full depth in weeks, but had to hold on to the bar so less than full body weight

The shin bruise (near knee) is still strongly discolored after 15 days, still swollen. Tender to the touch.
Should have gone with the assisted full range of motion sooner.

Carson: Thanks, I was thinking the same thing. But the full range of motion work (aka my 0 Squats) seem to have it
improving fairly rapidly after a very slow start. I should be able to start loading my squats some. Just being cautious.
