Sorry to hear about your BIL. I’m about 10-12 years younger than you, but I watch my friends and family rapidly change as they get older. Staying strong makes a hell of a difference in how life gets lived.

Thoughts: It appears I fail to recover after every squat or dead workout.
Saturday evening I tweaked my back pretty good just working in the kitchen.
Why can I recover from a pull down that is about the same weight as my squat, and twice my dead?
I feel like I've been more than patient with my loading.
After every dead and squat workout I've been wrecked for 3 days.
Probably should sign up for a seminar.
