    Felt great despite Halloween party last night.

    Squats 160 x 5 x 3
    Bench 150 x 5 x 3
    Cleans 110 x 3 x 5

    Evening workout which is later than usual for me. Kind of liked it. May make it a usual thing moving forward.

    Moving up 10 pounds at a time in all lifts until I get back to where I was in late August. Working so far. Nothing tonight was much of a struggle.

    I am 5'8 and 260 so if anybody has some tips with that situation, I will appreciate it.
    If you haven't read Jordan's "To Be a Beast" article give it a go. It'll give you a place to start regarding diet.

    Thanks 3rd. I have been reading this article and I agree that it is giving me somewhere to begin.

    I am a day late on this workout. Wanted to do it yesterday but had to pick up a car and pussed out when I got home. Sets felt really good.

    Power cleans slightly bothering right wrist. Nothing big.

    Felt pretty good. Getting back to totals I left off with in August.

    Weight is going the wrong way. Probably need to lay off the beer and wine.

    Going out of town to a conference so will lift again Wednesday. After that, I need to get serious about losing this 51 inch waist.

    Lifts are progressing nicely. Just need to keep at it and get better at the nutritional aspect of this.
