    I lift in my basement. Had an unexpected lifting partner. ..my youngest of 3 sons joined me. 17 years old and could be strong as hell if he keeps it up. My other 2 got home from college during workout and came down and watched. Good stuff!

    My youngest son joined me again for the workout. That was our third session this week. It is nice to have someone to train with.

    I may go to HLM on the squat. I am at the point where squat seems really heavy. If I think long term, I can continue raising it 5 pounds a week and keep a linear progression going.

    Any thoughts out there?

    This is the best deadlift have felt. I missed early this week with a cold. Press felt good also. Will lift on Saturday morning this weekend.

    Squats felt great. The HLM might be the ticket. Really, all the lifts felt great. Just need to be more consistent getting my workouts in. Will work on that.
