Didnt feel better today. Even after the weekend still feel overly tired/achy/sore. Did back off sets on squats. Switching to deadlift once a week. Hopefully that will be enough to freshen me back up and keep the progress going.

Squat felt better today. I think i had started letting my knees slide forward near the bottom. Working with a block of wood on my warmups seemed to help.
Not sure what was up with the weigh in this morning. Felt like I had eaten well last week and activity outside of lifting was fairly low. I did feel run down for most of last week. Maybe not enough food was an issue.
