So today i was going to squat 325 but instead I got a groin pull.
Ssb squat 45x2x5
135x5
185x5
225x5. Last rep I felt my adductor in my right leg go a little as I was coming up out of the hole. Itnisnt the worst it just hurts
I was able to deadlift 135x10. Tried a second set of 135 and got 3 before it hurt too bad. I was able to do some upper body foolishness and some arms only rowing machine. I will start the Starr protocol tomorrow.

I did 3 sets of 25 bw squats yesterday. Today was squat 135x3x15
155x3x15 for deadlift
What kind of pain level does this generate? I'm assuming the point of the star protocol is to aggravate the hell out of the injury, which promotes healing.
Do you modulate the pain level with volume? How do you not just dread this workout? I've never had to use this, but I've done plenty
of other rehabs. I guess I find this particular one terrifying, even though it makes sense. Maybe I'm thinking about it wrong. Good luck!
