Lets try to get this going again. Sunday I did. 9 mile hike. I think my wife was trying to collect on my insurance.
Today I did
ssb squat 185 x 5x3
Deadlift 135x5x3.
Try to hit it again this week to build some consistency.

workouts have been sporadic. Lots of manual labor, and a couple short runs each week.
Today I got back in the gym
Front squat 135x5x3
deadlift. 225x5, 315x2 form was terrible so I stopped and started a backoff set of 225x5, and 3rd rep I felt my hamstring go. So Tomorrow I start a rehab. woohoo.
did some cable rows, tricep pressdowns, dumbbell curls and farmer carries. Shit happens.
