Starting again, 4 months after surgery
I managed to dislocate my sterno-clavicle joint almost 2 months ago. Had it xrayed. The doctor said it will heal in about 4 months.

Deadlift is a bit of a jump. I have been lifting firewood rounds to put on the splitter, for a couple weeks. And I have been doing dumbbell press but this is the first time I’ve able to rack the bar without it feeling like the shoulder was gonna fail. I guess this is PR territory and I should embrace it.
