These days, almost everything is a PR. I’m just tickled that I got my deadlift up over 200 with a titanium shoulder

Thanks. I really wanted to lift yesterday because it got up to 45 degrees but ended up on a support call till 6:30.
Today we built high tensile fence and when we finished I was dragging but I did my fives anyway.
