    0424 front squat (185, 205, 225), bench 220 (5x5)
-not fully recovered so that's why light/volume
-elbows got more and more pissed off after each bench set, couldn't do DL from the pain

    0508 squat 280 (3,5,4,3), press 165 (3,2), dl 330 (2), bench 220 (4), lte 110lbs (5)

I just realized that we went to gym ten times during March but only five times during April, no wonder progress stopped and everything feels heavy.

    "YNDTP" warning

Traveling back and forth between Europe and The East Asia hasn't exactly been helpful for consistent training, not to mention the impact of centralized quarantines until late 2022 and occasional gym closures every now and then (national holidays and out of business).

Nevertheless, I have tried to make some gains when things around and health status were supporting it.

Recent lifts, sticking with fives still:
    Squat 303 (137.5kg)
    Bench 248 (112.5kg)
    Press 167.5 (76kg)
    DL 353 (160kg)

Body weight is stubbornly around 235lbs, with that I can do close to ten decent chin-ups.

Bench and press are at all time high numbers, squat and DL were slightly better in July (+5 and +15lbs) although I have my doubts if that gym has accurate plates. Need to measure next time when I'll be in hometown again.

Longer term goal is still to reach the sticker numbers before I'll award myself with a pilgrimage to the beautiful Wichita Falls.

    20231102 "Chickening out the sqwaat"

Squat 120, 130, 140kg - just singles, legs are sore from running two days ago
DL 165kg 1x5 - numb thumbs after the set, hook grip is pure evil
Press 77kg 3x5 - had to take close to 10min rest between the sets, fifth rep was grindy on each set
    Bench 115.5kg 1x4
    Chin-ups 8, 6, 6
