Squat 120kg 3x3
Close grip bench 77.5kg 1x4 2x3
That's a PR on the squat never had 120kg on my back before let alone squat it. The rpe was at least an 8.fuck it was heavy. Strange though that the 2nd set was and 3rd set was easier than the 1st.
Not sure how much more I can incease I'll keep going until I crash. Squat rack does have some good safety bars
