How do you calculate the 1400 especially when you don't include the press? The way I was taught was to calculate the top single from each of the four lifts. Do you do it differently?

I am no expert, but I was considering the big 3 when I titled this thread. Squat, bench, deadlift. My goal is to be in the 5”s on squat and deadlift and get up to 400 on bench
