Incorporating additional deadlifts in my training in an attempt to limit the stall at 340. The first 3 deadlifts of the working set were double overhand, then I switched to hook grip. I'm on travel for work next week so my plan is to repeat this week's lifts when I return.

I took a new position at work so I have been busy adjusting to the new role while trying to find a replacement for my previous role, throw in some travel and out the window training goes the past few weeks. Also, with the time change, I'm reverting back to endurance training for the warmer months. This time around I was able to bring my deadlift up from 320 to 340 and my squat up from 280 to 305, so those will be my improvement targets next November. I wasn't able to meet or exceed my previous numbers for the bench and press (192.5x5x3, 133x5x3, respectively) but I have a plan to do so next time around. See you again in November!
