Hit the squat on the third try and advanced again on the OHP. Headed out of town on a work trip and will miss a few gym days, which is my first gap in training since the beginning of the year, so not too concerned.
Squats harder than I expected, but pleasantly surprised with progress on the OHP.

Came home from the work trip with a cold/infection which turned out not to be covid (despite confirmed exposure on the trip) so a few missed sessions turned into closer to 10 days between sessions on each of the lifts so I'm deloading 10% across the board and building back up. A little disappointing but it is what it is.
