Almost skipped the workout as back wasn't feeling great from heavy press yesterday, but surprisingly the lifts went fine. Squat was tougher than expected but deadlift was ok, which is weird!

First day of a major reset coming off of having COVID last week. Wasn't too bad but it wound up to be 10-15 days since I lifted heavy for each of the lifts. Reverting back to two lifts per session 3x/week (Bench/Deadlift, Squat/Press) with ~85% deload to start with planned increases of +5 squat/deadlift and +2.5 bench/press. Interestingly I have lost 16 lbs of weight in last two months. Going to see how the strength progresses at this new weight level and evaluate programming in a few weeks.
