    First workout since my week away on vacation in Spain. Pretty pleased that I was able to repeat my weight from my last heavy squat session (280 x 5 on 3/19) this time around and will plan to increase +5 for next workout. Switching from 4x/week to 3x/week lifting schedule and dropping my light deadlift day to only one set of 5 vs 3 sets of 5 prior to see. Hoping both changes will help me continue to increase on my lifts, especially deadlift which has been stuck at 340 x 3 for about a month.

    PR on the squat, working my up to my goal of 315 for this year...all four of my main lifts are PR or better at this point, trying to build some cushion as I'm planning a cut mid-May.

    I'm up ~13 lbs in bodyweight since the beginning of this year, ~11 lbs lean mass and ~2 lbs fat (80/20) ratio which I consider pretty good. Total BF is 23.5% so I still have some room to go.
