My press reps have been declining last few weeks but 140 x 0 was not what I was expecting. Pigged out last night, short sleep and bad allergies probably didn't help but I may have psyched myself out as well. I knew something was off when the warm-ups felt heavy....Light bench felt nice and easy though. I seem to stall out as soon as I get past my one-plate (135) goal on the press. Going to re-focus on recovery (sleep & nutrition) and see where things are at.

I had a knee wobble on the third squat rep so decided to leave it at that as 295 is an all-time high for me...Can't really sort out what's going on with my weight, sort of plateauing around 190 which might not be bad to recomp a little at this level as I'm still about ~23% BF and would like to come down from there in advance of the summer. Will keep an eye on it.

Squat PR! Wouldn't say it was easy but wasn't a terrible grind. I train fasted in the morning before work but today I added some dextrose to my water on the way to the gym and maybe it gave me a little extra boost?
