Thanks. I have an ancient (20 year old?) Tanita scale that does body fat with the electrical impedance thing. It was pretty damn close on the day I got a Dexa scan, so there's that.
I weigh myself first thing in the morning - get on it 3 times and take the median values. Body fat jumps around, probably linked to hydration, so it's trend over time. Tightening the weight belt seems to be a better indicator.
