Big milestone PR on deadlift. Tried lowering bar position in the squat to achieve a more horizontal back angle. Ended up giving myself bicep tendonitis that wrecked my bench press. Unracked 235 and got absolutely stapled, twice. Dropped to 185 and cranked out 5 sets to try to salvage something.

I've been working with a Tubow this week to address knee slide and bouncing off my knees at the bottom. Made some progress on the knees but now I'm squatting high, which wasn't a problem before. Will retry 385 on Monday and shoot for full depth. Tendonitis from my squat grip is still an issue and it was really aching by the time I got into my presses.
