I have an asymmetry in my squat. I was attempting to compensate and straighten things out but should have waited longer before trying to load past the empty bar. Felt a minor tweak on the second rep at 185 and decided to call it a day. Hope I didn't set my recovery back another week.

Still trying to address the asymmetry in my squat. Checked some older videos and it looks like this same pattern has been there for a while. Checked the heels on some older shoes and they show uneven wear on the right foot (supination). Considering a possible leg length discrepancy. Experimented some today with shims and stance adjustments.
Bench feels pretty good after taking time away from it. Setting rep PRs while taking it easy on the other lifts. Shoulder still bothering me at times but not my main concern now.
Deadlift feels good just trying to be cautious.

As someone with a leg length (or at least pelvis even) issue, I can say a pair of 5s or a belt under the shorter leg makes a huge difference for me. Like, the difference between soreness and, as you’ve felt, a tweak that will set me back.
Which way do you lean/twist?

Leaning to the right. Also twisting forward on the right side I think.
