Squat 365x5x4
It's been a very long week. Couldn't swing my regular workout schedule so I tried 1 lift per day to have shorter sessions. Kept the intensity up and didn't miss out on too much volume.

yep, ive gone to U/L splits and even one lift a day in the past when i start to get burned out or when im super busy. it helps, and it usually helps restore my mental and physical motivation to get back to full body when the time is right. your weights are getting up there man, good job!

Thanks, Cole. I've dabbled with the U/L and it does seem a little more manageable. Trying to keep the weights going up without grinding myself into dust.

Squat 325x5x2
Press 210x2x8
Deadlift 470x3x2
Presses were tough due to inconsistent bar path, mostly throwing in front of me. Need to add a second pressing day to keep the movement fresh. Deadlift is a PR.
