Squat has been progressing nicely on HLM. 1 topset plus 4 backoff sets seems to be working pretty well for heavy day. Deadlift triples have been chugging along for I think seven weeks. Dropped to a heavy 1x3 on Wednesday and lighter 2x5 on Friday. Taking a break from barbell bench for now while I focus on pressing 3 days per week. I tweaked my left shoulder benching in May and it still gives me trouble every workout. I've tried deloading, close grip, and a few other things. Think I'll run the dumbbell presses up to 90 pounds and reevaluate.
