    Good effort on that last squat. Your progress is very impressive, especially at your bodyweight. Keep it going! I recommend getting a belt.

    Thank you TartanEagle! Just recived email today from Dominion Strength Training that my Starting Strength 3in Single Ply Leather Weightlifting Belt is shipped to Israel so i should recive it probably in next week.

    *Squat: i am stuck in the same weight as in my previous session until i'll get approval that my technique improved. Also didn't push play for the last working set so no video

    In case of squat it looks fine to me. The depth is exactly a tiny bit below parallel which is good. Remember about keeping your knees out on the way up but now they cave in rather slightly only. I must say those squats looks quite nice to me. Well done!

    You progress is impressive. The only thing which I think could help is to look closer to your toes since you seem to look quite far which affects the hip drive. In some reps there is no visible hip drive. Your hips should be the very first thing which goes up from the bottom. You seem to look on the floor at least two meters in front of you. Try to cut this by half. BTW have you considered using a belt? I suggest to try, it is going to add 10-15kg to your 5RM. I think you can actually hit 4 plates in a few weeks with this progression, amazing!

    BTW: in case of deadlift, pull the slack of the bar. I think you will see the difference immediately.

    In the squat I looked closer in my 18th session.
    I ordered from Dominion Strength Training Starting Strength 3in Single Ply Leather Weightlifting Belt is shipped to Israel so i should recive it probably in next week.
    In the deadlift i tried to pull the slack of the bar and it helped in the 18th session.
