    3rd set finally felt good, previous two sets just felt off.

    Bench Press

    Power Clean
    75x5x2
    Decided to do Power Cleans. I have not done them in a long while. My back is beat up from dealing with 300 lbs patients at work. Back felt better afterwards.

    worked with Jordan at Starting Strength Dallas on squat depth and deadlift form. Good session. I need to learn to grind more on deadlifts.
