Hips and knees hurt. Don't know why. I hoped that it would get better as I warmed up but it did not. Mentally tired. My father passed in early May and June had been a busy month between his stuff, my mother and work.

Was out of town the week of July 7 - 15. Did not get good sleep or enough food.
Light stuff from July 16 - 23. My body is just tired. Aggravating.

I've been training but not posting. Life got in the way. Spent two weeks in Italy in early September. I tried a couple of different approaches but I have settled on training each lift once a week. Not shockingly my strength has decreased.
