Restarting the NLP (again)
I’ve started and stopped the NLP for various reasons over the past few years (multiple times). Usually, it was because of the squat - I hate the squat and equally suck at them. If I hit 3 plates then my next feat will be to walk on water. Hopefully, this log will help with accountability and minimize my excuses.

Welcome back (said the new guy).
I am also learning to hate squats but I hate the thought of being old, skinny and frail even more (I'm 56 next week). I wish I had started 20 years ago but I didn't so here I am now. All you can do it one lift at a time, one foot in front of the other, so to speak. You got this!
