    Christmas came early, Dominion SS belt and Rogue OPB came today. The belt is pure quality and was comfortable to squat in, will take some time to get used to coming from a 13mm 4inch belt.
    The knurl on the rogue bar is great, grippy but not too rough. Will see how it goes next time I deadlift.

    Never entered here. Looks interesting; it is a similar level to what I had until I got sick and injured.


    Curls were done with 20 kg ??

    The deadlift looks a little bit delayed with respect to squat (just like mines hahaha).

    Feel like I'm making progress, So I'm due for some sort of sickness or injury

    Yeah with a barbell, with these n-gage knockoffs as normal curls give me a golfers elbow pain.

    Yeah deadlift is a bit behind, working on it haha.

    That DL is really strong and it's remarkable how long you lasted doing 10 lb increases in the squat.

    You could put some details about your diet to make your diary more complete. You could also tell us why you have slept little, maybe we can help you.

    I recently also experienced this with the SS three inch double ply belt. Blake & Katie make amazing products. Excellent choice!
