    you're not really lifting until you miscalculate the plates a few times...and load the sides differently!

    2/13/2024:

    Pros of the gym I went to today: Babysitting for the kids.

    Cons: no bumper plates and not enough squat racks.

    Bench press: 140#×5×3
    Deadlift:255#×5

    Maybe I can get my squats in tomorrow before work.

    I think I was squatting high. Lowered the weight to get the full range of motion.

    Too tired to get through the press tonight. Should I press again next workout at @104 or bench next time and try the press again on Sunday?

    500 pound deadlift was moving like shit today out of nowhere. Couldn't get rep four off the floor. Moved it to a low block pull just to finish the set with a triple. After watching the video back tonight, I am sheepishly editing my training log to read "497.5x3"
