    Life update:
We bought a house! It's been a busy few months and we're still in the middle of the move. I've finally been able to get back to training mostly, and I hope to continue posting soon.
    Question of the day:
The plan is to put a squat rack in the basement. There is a low ceiling so I won't be able to press, how should I go about dealing with that? Seated press ok? Or do I carry everything upstairs to press outside?

I have a basement gym and cannot press standing up. I contemplated creating a press station in my garage, but I turned 65, and have a free membership to an OK club through Medicare Advantage. I squat, bench and deadlift at home, and press at the club. I also watch club members squat, generally to inadequate depth.

    Thank you!
I have membership through insurance, so it's only $28 a month for some decent gyms, which might be worth it to keep.

    5/22/2024:
    Squat 225#×5×3
    Bench Press 145#×5×3
    Deadlift 315#×5, 330#×2 (I was supposed to do 330#, but I mis-loaded the bar)
