Nice so far. Are you doing the pull downs to work up to chin ups?

Well, I've had an unexpected flare up of my MS which has kind of really made recovering from a standard 3 lift/day workout very difficult. Thought I would try more of a stealth approach of doing just one lift a day until the symptoms quiet down some. I'll continue to try to do a linear progression of added weight each time. I don't know how well it will work but I thought I would give it a try considering the situation.

I feel you. We are around the same height and weight. What helped for me was getting my deadlift and press up. Not sure if you have access to assisted chin ups, but that helps too.

Thanks Rod, yes, definitely working on progressing those lifts as well. I can do chin ups with band assistance but it seems hard to judge actually weight you are moving, etc.

Went in feeling pretty good today but the gym was super hot and I overheated fairly quickly just warming up :-(

Deadlift 285x1, 235x5x2 - used a hybrid grip for the first time since I feel like I'm hitting the limits of my double overhand grip and I felt sick from overheating
