24/7 MS body aches have set in and they're killing my sleep down to about 3-4 hours. Making a point of getting plenty of physical rest through the night though. One lift a day with an accessory lift seems to be manageable at the moment

3 hours of hiking. About 5 miles round trip with a 1500' elevation gain up and then down

Wanted to do 260x5x3 but just wasn't possible even resting for 3 hours after the hike. My last PR was 270x2x7 so closing in on that and want to get back to 5 reps 3 sets next workout though.

A little frustrated with my bench today, feels like my triceps are the limiting factor

JM Press 55x10x3 - Thought I would try the JM Press for the first time. It definitely targeted the triceps quite well in a nice controlled manner

Had better feel and coordination today compared to yesterday
Whenever I eat at least 50g of protein a few hours before working out the weights seem to move a lot easier
Press 132x3x4, x2 then failed 3 attempts, x1 finished off final rep
Supinated Pull Down 160x10x3
Pin Bench Press - 155x5x3 - 2" of Reduced ROM, press from the safety bars - I really like this variation
