Having trouble with my hands and grip today due to sleeping bad on my arm
Deadlift

310 - Failed 3 attempts - just couldn't break it and keep a decent grip on it
270x3x3 Fell Back and did a 90% work set with straps
Will try again next time around

Tried deadlifting some but was pretty spent. Just did 235x5x3 for practice

For some reason my bones hurt today, especially the humerus, it felt like my bones were doing all the lifting. Two days off now for a short road trip.
