Did a longer warmup sequence on the deadlift today to get extra warm and loose. Seemed to help, also realized that when I was breaking the bar off the floor I was dropping my chest down instead of keeping it up and pointed forward. Corrected that and the bar came up a lot easier.
Deadlift
Warmup: 45x5x2, 95x5x2, 135x5x2, 185x5x2, 235x5x2, 255x3x1, 275x3x1
Work sets: 285x3x2
One Armed Dumbbell Row 50x10x3
