Deadlift - 275x1x1
Was able to perform 1 single at 275 and couldn't get it above the knee a second time. Took 4 tries at it and counted to 5 each time before setting the bar down. Followed up with drop set. Hopefully the partials were enough stress that next time I can do 2 or 3.

Taking a few days off for some oral surgery. Will go back to traditional SS NLP three day programming next Monday, April 29, 2024

After some sporadic workouts, oral surgery and travel for a graduation the past three weeks, it is time to get back at it.
