    Hello all,

    I tried to "do the program" back in 22' but wasn't consistent - nothing against the program and more due to my not following through.

    Please note that I am just pasting my data from an Excel sheet because I want to do something other than manually do duel entries. That's why each individual set, including warm-up sets, is listed.

    I will post working sets in bold

    Anyway, here we go again. Starting stats as of 03/30/24

    Squats were much better in terms of form - every rep below parallel. Switching to 5lb jumps on squats, maintaining 10lb jumps on deadlifts

    Notes: Still taking a thumb on top grip but trying to “grip the bar” and press it into my back to avoid it he left bicep/elbow pain. Second set went better, tried to not straighten my back which may have been causing some of my problems.
    The third set moved well, but my left arm is pretty aggravated - mostly on the shoulder and bicep now.

    Bench Press (Barbell)
    Set 1: 45 lb × 5 [Warm-up]
    Set 2: 95 lb × 5 [Warm-up]
    Set 3: 135 lb × 3 [Warm-up]

    Notes: Second set maybe I had the belt too tight. Just wasn’t feeling right and I barely made the second rep. Going to try for 5 on the 3rd set. Really feels like my back is “tired”

    Notes: Lower back causing problems - just feels fatigued and literally not able to pull the bar off of the floor. Not really painful just no gas

    Workout Notes: Feeling pretty tired and some low back pain but that went away after first set. Definitely very slow moving on squats. Feeling sick. Low sleep. (-6hrs)

    A little frustrated on this one but will take another run at it
