Now that I'm sitting back more in the Squat I seem to have issues hip-driving properly without losing balance. Subtle chest-lift sometimes. It seems like when I do it like I'm used to, I go forward and lose balance a bit. Might need to have my chest down more. Will work on this on Tuesday with DE Pause Squats.

OHP 3rd single flew up and it seems like the bar goes behind my head fast on that one. Tried to reproduce this in later singles but couldn't quite get it. 4th was grindy because I threw the bar forward unfortunately. 5th was grindy probably because 4th gassed me out. Single at 70 was to try reproduce 3rd bar path. It was fast but also it's lighter, not sure what I even did different on the 3rd yet.

Today I came in tired, after a party and a lot of food, and at a time I'm not used to (9PM). This affected the whole workout. One of those days. Still got under the bar.
Squat 127.5kg x 5 x 3
OHP 63.75kg x 5, 62.5kg x 5 x 2, 61.25kg x 4, 60kg x 5
Chins 15kg x 5 x 3 (PR), 4, then 5 without weight after a 2 minute rest. Had shorter rests here than I'd like, since the gym was closing.

Squat 152.5kg x 0 (failed my single), meanwhile a lady in my gym did 205kg behind me (451lbs) lol! But I think I have data. I have balance and hip drive issues with high weight, I also seemed to lift my chest a bit. I think my vision was too low and had to be a little forward. By 2nd back off set I realize it and it looks much better. If my technique would be good on that single I think I'd have it with no issues at all. Well I learned something I guess. I also have flat feet which I think may affect my balance, I'll get insoles tomorrow and experiment with them.

OHP 75kg x 1 x 2 - PR, failed 3rd because the bar went forward, first 2 were smooth. 72.5kg x 1 x 2, failed 3rd (was tired I guess). 70kg x 1

First session with insoles, I feel like the heel is elevated more and had issues hitting depth. Every time when I looked at the video I was shocked again that this was not below parallel (usually exactly at parallel).
