    Apparently I had a big falling off with my press over the week or two that I was out on vacation. I think one of the issues may have been that I didn't switch over to 2.5 pound jumpers early enough, but I'm not entirely sure. Looking ahead I make some good progress and soon switch to 2.5 pound increases.

    starting strength coach development program
    Whelp, I found my 2023 NLP. Unfortunately, it turns out I just assumed I was copying the NLP I restarted this year, but I was actually documenting my first proper NLP from last year. I'm admittedly pretty lazy and don't want to go and fix all of these posts about the year and what not. So I'll just start fresh below with this year's new NLP.
