Returning NLP after adding kids to the family
I'm going to post my second novice linear progression to the forum for both requesting advice and thoughts, and maybe providing another data point.
I lost my first NLP work book in the move, but I've been trying to get back to where I was about 2 years ago before my wife and I had kids, we bought a house, and I started a new job. I'm currently at week 18, so I'll be putting my previous training logs here the next couple days.
Looking forward to getting back into this seriously.

welcome back! you've got a lot on your plate at the moment, and being able to steal 30-40 minutes a day under the bar may help you keep everything in balance

I should also say, I am 6ft tall, 31 years old, and, at the restart, weighed 250 pounds. We also had twin newborns, that were 3 months old. So if I missed a few days here and there, well, that was likely due to lack of sleep.

Thanks! Yeah, it's gotten just as tough recently with the addition of twins and my wife starting a doctor's program. But, it usually just means I train in the evening, which can lead to late nights. But, I'm not getting any younger and need to dedicate the time to keeping in shape.
