Read the squat compilation stickey. Your knees slide forward the whole time, heels come up, there is no hip drive, and depth is sketchy. First work on keeping the knees back. once you do that, then we'll see what the squat looks like.

A pair of weightlifting shoes would help too.
guy number 2 (long) needs to widen stance. it looks less than shoulder length in video. both of you could stand to force your knees OUT at the bottom of the squat. this will help with knee slide, depth and hip drive.
oh yeah, and don't lift in those squishy running shoes. if you can't get ahold of some weightlifting shoes, get yourselves a pair of converse chuck taylors.
