I bet you could deadlift a lot more than that weight you just posted.
The deadlift is supposed to be everyone's best lift, but for some reason my Squat and deadlift stayed at nearly the same weight for a long time. Currently the most I've ever squatted is 125kg and the most I've ever Deadlifted is 140kg. Most people who can Squat what I can have a Deadlift of around 180kg.
The weights used are close to my maximums

Your deadlift video was poorly positioned and started as you start the pull. Lower the camera and start recording as you begin to set up. It LOOKS like you're moving around kinda goofy at the start, but it is hard to tell because of how soon the lift starts in your vid.
My deadlift is very shitty compared to my squat, too. =\
Its very dark in your garage and your camera is poor. Do a deadlift outside or at least open the door so the light can come in. Then make a video showing the full body positioning, then we can really help you.
Something immediately noticeable is that the weight you are deadlifting is not hard for you, as utexas has pointed out. You could easily lift more. Also, why are you not lowering the weight to the ground after the lift?
125 to 140 isn't a bad ratio - it happens in the wild quite a bit. 125 to 180 is unrealistic except among people built for deadlifting.
Um, that's not a deadlift. That's picking up the bar and setting in the rack.
A deadlift goes from the floor to a hang, and then back to the floor.
Shit, half the time, setting the bar down with decent form is harder than picking it up.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm that way too. Short legs, short arms, short/fat fingers. I have a pretty good bench and squat and my deadlift stays right in the same range as my squat. Last time I tested my 1rm's, I squatted 425 and deadlifted 415.
Would you guys recommend heavy rack pulls for improving deadlifts?
