    • starting strength seminar december 2024

    hy guys 2 weeks ago i njurd my back on dead lift.
    this is my only video i have. can you chek my dead lift form from the pc?

    is my lower back arch enugh? and i have another qustion about squat.

    the hip drive looks like we loosing the apt and getting to ppt. is that ok?

    The bar is too far away from you on your power clean. It should physically touch your thighs. You are going around your knees as you come off the floor, and this is preventing you from keeping the bar close.

    This, and you're not jumping hard enough. Your feet shouldn't stay on the ground.

    he's also not asking for a power clean critique. he's asking for a deadlift critique to be extrapolated from the powerclean video...which kinda hurts my head.

    I was going to reply with what tam said until i realized what the OP was actually asking for.

    Lower your hips a bit more, when you clean. It'll bring the bar path closer so you don't pull away as much after the second pull. And if you're asking us to critique your DL, we need a vid of your DL.

    No one, I don't think doesn't like you my friend, we just can't understand your english as easily as most people's.
