    Are you just starting to learn how to power clean? Your stance is too wide to start. You'll have to keep your back much tighter. Have you watched Rip's new platform video on lumbar extension? While you're still learning this, you should probably pull the bar slower off the ground, and try to be much more forceful at the top. You can only get a good feel for this by practicing a lot.

    Agreed.

    Back isn't completely extended before the pull, and the first part is a bit fast. Not a bad effort to start, though.

    The second one looked a lot better in terms of back, but I agree with the above. Also, until you a) get access to bumpers or b) can put 45s on either side, elevate the bar on a pair of aerobic steps or something. You're making the back extension problem bigger than it needs to be by being forced into a position that's limited by flexibility
