    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJLE410pTMw

    i did 1x3 with about 60kgs
reason why is that i filmed this today, even do yesterday i squatted 3x5 82kgs in the gym, so i am sore and all, but the weight was enough to showcase the form breakdown
as you can notice, on the bottom position my butt go to the left, and this movement has been much worser before, when my elbows were unalignned and this used to make the weight shift more to the left, but now i think i corrected it
i have a slight scoliosis that can barely be noticed
after those squats, specially when i have my backpack at school, i feel some pain on the middle of my spine i think, but some times it seems to be more under my scapula
so i want to know how i fix this problem
    thank you

The video you posted is useless. Also, you have a ridiculous mirror.

A 16 year old, un-coached lifter deserves attention. So....

    Tips:

    1. Wear shoes. Always.
    2. Get rid of the mirror. Always.
    3. Shoot the video at a 45 degree angle so we can see what's going on. Always.
    4. Use proper punctuation and capitalization. Always.

Now that that's out of the way. Fix your squat.

    1. Narrow your stance significantly.
    2. Put your chin down.

Let's see what that looks like.
