    hi all,

(don't mind the running shoes.. i'll get weightlifting shoes as soon as i can)

for todays session i tried to get the bounce effect at the bottom that i was lacking for my squats but as i tried going abit deeper, i realised that i would slightly shift forward at the rebound..

    stopping at parallel 250611

    trying to go lower 270611

latest session (fixed camera view) please give your comments thx 010711

not sure about the form but set the safety bars lower and the rack pins might want to go down one notch as well while you're at it.

The lean is natural, and fine in your case. To my knowledge, it's acceptable as long as the lumbar doesn't round. The bigger issue I think is your acceleration out of the bottom should be a lot greater.

Hello. Changing the OP in this manner is not cool because it makes the previous messages hard to understand and thus makes it hard for other people to benefit from the boundless wisdom contained therein.

On the merits, the first rep didn't look like it had any bounce but later ones do. the 5th rep is the best looking i'd say.

Shouldn't you be looking at the ground 6-10 feet in front of you and not so straight forward?

You're form looks great in this new video. The head position is a minor issue that you should work on.

todays squat video is posted in the op post.. =D

today i tried to squat down naturally without confusing myself with too many cues..
i just kept thinking of keeping the entire back tight and not let the bar drop and then squat as low as i could without rounding the back. At the bottom i just concentrated on driving up the hips..

so guys what you think of my form today?
