In regards to the technique, the lack of weight has really exposed some issues! You are divebombing. Focus on sitting back a little more so you develop some tension in your hamstrings on the way down, your knees should only bend slightly at the beginning of each rep, and then stay in that fixed position all the way to the bottom. Focusing on these things will help bring your descent under control, you want to go down fairly slowly building tension and maintaining a very firm solid back angle.
Your elbows are in a more sensible position now. But just another tip, regarding Rips "elbows up" cue. You first need to retract scapulae back & down, whilst pushing chest out and up. Once you in this position with locked back shoulders whith the bar clamped firmly on your back. Then you can raise elbows a little to tighten the whole thing up. You are on the right track.
