    Posted earlier, but was asked for a 5 rep set, so here it is. Hope camera angles are good enough.



    Weight is in kg.

    I think it's not too terrible. Knee travel has been a problem, but to me looks decent in this vid. I have quite a vertical torso, but also a damn long torso, so I think that's just how things end up.

    Widen stance slightly?

    Stance is fine. Why would you want to widen it?

    Squats are also fairly good overall, but you are craning your head up with each rep. This is the wrong tactic for help driving your back & hips up. The mirror is not helping here. Straighten your neck out and look slightly down.

    Forward knee travel is fine, but your knees do cave in on some reps; shove them out and hold. I'm gonna reiterate the head position too..but they are overall good
