You still need to control your descent and your ascent better. Get tighter. Drive your ass up and not back while keeping the bar over the middle of the foot. Get some lifting shoes. They will be of great help to you with balance and depth. Take your next jump in weight and contract the musculature of your legs prior to and during each rep.
I absolutely increase my ROM with every rep, no question. I think you're right in that I need to work on telling my body to go deeper, but I suspect that'll will get better over time. However, you are correct htat I can't touch my toes yet. I'm getting closer while rounding my back though.

Thanks for hte comments on my descent/ascent control and I know what you mean. It's just a lot to think about but I'm slowly getting coordinated. I'm definetly doing better for keeping the weight more on the center of my foot then on my toes as per before (except at the very top, I'm still shifting to my toes). I feel much more confident under the weight then I did even a couple of weeks ago - I think pre-shake helps along with proper cals? We'll see i guess. 135lb will be my PB...crossing fingers!

I can respect that lifting shoes would be helpful, but I cannot purchase any right now so I'm hopeful I can still progress without. The board on the floor is a definite improvement though.

Thanks for you help man! Still waiting on book and dvd...
