    Good squats. If anything they are a little too deep. Let your knees come forward a little more. Your shin is almost vertical.

    For deads, pull your set without taking your hands off the bar. It took you over two minutes to pull 5 singles. It should be faster than that. You are rolling the bar around on the ground and that becomes more pronounced on your fourth and fifth reps. It puts the bar forward of the midfoot when you start. Read this:
