    1st post, but I've been a lurker for a little over a year.

    Looks good except I can't tell if your back is flexing or thats just because your erectors that much more developed than rest of the back. You look built so I'm gonna go with the later.

    If his back is flexing, he's strong enough to handle it.

    Looks good to me. You will pull 600 before too long.

    Thanks guys. Felt good, had someone tell me my hips were too high and I just wanted to get some other opinions on it.

    If I get to 600, I will be pretty f*cking stoked. That would be over 3x my BW. Last time I tested, I was at 520, but that was almost 5 months ago, and that 450 felt like it went up pretty easy.

    I think you should indeed drop your hips and squeeze your chest up just a little bit more. It would be a really small correction. It looks to me like you're just a tiny bit too far over the bar.
